Shipping

• The orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days for in-stock items
• Standard global and domestic shipping is free and arrives within 5-15 business days depending on your location
• Express shipping costs 35 EUR and arrives within 2-3 business days globally, except for Asian destinations, where the parcel takes about 5-7 business days to arrive
• All orders of 500 EUR and more are upgraded free of charge to Express shipping
• If your order arrives damaged or you suspect the package has been violated, please take photos of the parcel as it has arrived and contact us as soon as possible by email: service@journey-jewellery.com
